They would be Peru if they joined Conmebol. The so-called greatest of all time/ best in the world/ from another world player can't even win the copa suda america with a side that has Di Maria, Lavezzi, Pastore and other legit players.

    Mexico has no chance.

USA would present a challenge tho. Could never win it but we'd put some countries on notice. We could beat Peru and those other bums, we'd really only have problems when we would see Argentina, Uruguay, and Brazil. We'd be equal to Colombia.

Been watching Youtube videos of Yaya Sanogo and I'm really excited with this kid. A future ATG in the making for sure.

Definitely a long shot but if Fabregas comes to United then the squad is going to be beastly. I'm thinking it's going to take at least £35 million since Barca don't really want to sell and Fabregas doesn't really want to leave.

It seemed like we were beating a dead horse but there must have been some kind of reaction for them to go in with a second bid.

How could Fabregas turn down the mouth watering prospect of working under David Moyes?

Why the **** are we after an Arsenal reject??

Wenger got rid of Cesc for a reason.. and since Fabregas has done **** all..

Once again proving Wenger knows best..

I do worry about this Moyes..

Lucky fergie left him with ATGs like RVP and chicharito

                  I dunno man.

I am really sceptical of all these deals being mooted at the moment.

Rooney to Chelsea - no chance!

Suarez to Arsenal - not in a million years

Fabregas to Man U - no way.

I don't know what the agenda is but I don't even think the clubs actually believe these deals are possible. They are just paying lip service.

Chelsea Chief Executive Officer Ron Gourlay said the team, which announced its first profit in the Abramovich era last year, is focused on complying with the rules even though it was “among the clubs targeted” by UEFA when the changes were announced in 2009.

“It’s UEFA’S competition so we want to make sure that we comply,” Gourlay said in an interview. “All we’ve asked for is that UEFA police and manage the process with a clear, even playing field.”

Gourlay said he was concerned about teams boosting their balance sheets through “arm’s length” contracts with companies connected to their owners. City, which was bought by Abu Dhabi-based Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al-Nahyan in 2008, has four sponsors related to the emirate including airline Etihad, which in 2011 agreed to pay 350 million pounds to put its name on the team’s stadium, jerseys and new training campus.
Funny how Chelsea actively want to comply with FFP and want UEFA to enforce it but nobody thinks they can or will. And Chelsea were one of the teams said to have been 'targeted'.

I don't want to be Chelsea-centric but we are probably 95% of the reason they introduced FFP. I think they wanted to make an 'example' out of Chelsea. Now it looks as though Chelsea are in control it's fallen by the wayside and nobody is taking the blind bit of notice of it. If we didn't win the champions league and spent what city have spent this summer UEFA would be chest beating like mofos.

Still can't imagine Chelsea would have gotten away with having a 'Sibneft Stamford Bridge' without UEFA trying to expel us from the the Champions' League.

I can't wait until somebody appeals FFP and it gets thrown out. It seems entirely bent.

People are saying here that something is up with the cesc bid....

Barca and fab have both said no.. yet united increase the bid..

2 things here.. maybe barca have said privately the will sell to united if the price is right.

The other is that most people dont realize david gill has left.. and some glazer hand picked bum is in charge now of transfers..
