Bully didn't make excuses for not winng the league two seasons ago.
Fenomeno, rich, piggy don't make excuses for City getting tossed in the CL group stages or not winning the league.
Emz doesn't make excuses for Madrid bottling every trophy they were in for.
You don't hear shyt from Sparked or myself for losing to juve and shakhtar.
Not eve r.Gooner makes excuses for Arsenal.

But you. ****in truck load of excuses." But this. No this. We didn't." Excuses. Take your losses like a man.

All of them expect me were making excuses..

Emz was blaming that bum Mourhino..

Sparked is always going on about Torres being a ****** who can't score..

Piggy IS always crying about Man United getting some decision.. acting like billion pound City.. did something heroic scoring in Madrid..

What's the difference between the Arsenal/Bayern tie and the Madrid/City game at the Bernebau?

In both instances the away side put up a reasonable fight that ultimately led to nothing. One game is used as a stick to beat Squeelpiggy with because of comments he supposedly made afterwards and the other is used as a reason to defend Arsenal. Why is that?

Both teams failed to get the result and I don't see why either one would still be talked about by either set of fans.

Arsenal a squad barely costing 50million had Bayern cowering.. Gassing and running ala David Price.

Man City a team costing billions.. got shamed by a side which has been pony in Europe for almost a decade now

Bully is the king excuse maker in the thread. He's already making excuses for next season.

So there's a price limit on a team being 'valiant' in their performance?

Both performances mean **** all in hindsight.

The Bayern game at the Emirates could have well ended 2-2. Arsenal got back into it after a poor start. Giroud almost equalised with a volley which Neuer had to make a great save on. They scored on the break at the end when we had pushed everyone forward.

Pathetic is saying to the other team "you are better than us so we're going to defend our 18 yard box for 120 minutes and pray for pens"
Arsenal are Arsenal. Lightweight. And you lose against top teams.

Arsenal don't win games they aren't supposed to essentially because they're not good enough or resilient enough. A lot of this is down to the simple fact that the top teams have better players and stronger squads and have winning mentalities.

You can say they're buying success if you like.

Arsenal will roll over for Chelsea again next season.

You're reaching with the Barca reference. Who even remembers that game other than the fact that ultimately in the end, you got ****ed?

Arsenal are Amir Khan. Exciting but flawed and liable to get knocked out.

Well, Arsenal are a club on a shoestring budget going up against the most feared club in Europe last season. A bayern side that was smashing clubs left and right.

While people were laughing that Arsenal would be lucky to make top 6.

In the end, Arsenal made Bayern waste time in their backyard cause they were shook.

City and Real both had £800m squads.

It is the same. If people are gonna hold up that fighting (but ultimately meaningless) performance as something to be proud of then as far as I'm concerned there's nothing wrong with squeel doing the same.

Both should've been forgotten about a while ago though.
