Been saying for a while to mates that I think Thiago will probably go to United. He's leaving Barca for regular 1st team football and as far as I can see United are one of the only top clubs that would be able to offer it. Unless he goes to Dortmund to replace Gundogan or summat, which I doubt.
Would be pretty gutted if we missed out on Isco now though.

Rumours have Chelsea selling all our good players and some **** ones (Torres).
Thiago is a top player. Surely, Barca won't get rid of him. Xavi and Iniesta are both getting older.
That Morata is better than Torres.

Not been that impressed with Morata. Decent finisher but his link up play has been a bit crap. Bit like Hernandez.
Seen Illarramendi play a few times now, he's a weird one. Looks like a good DM but he plays nothing like any other young Spanish player I've seen. Bit of a hard bastard.

Oriel Romeu was a boss at that level. I think he's done alright for Chelsea when has actually played but he's probably not quite good enough. Especially now he has had a bad knee injury.

I'm not for the idea of Luiz or Mata but I can see why they would be sold. Luiz is counter productive to a deep sitting backline. Mata is quite limited (offensive specialist) and doesn't take any sort or risky pass at all what-so-ever. (Ie: passing into space).
I wouldn't take Morata though. Nothing special.

We've got a pretty good looking start to the season. No excuses for not hitting the ground running.
Run-in looks nice too.

The rumours originate from Spain and their journalists' anti-Jose agenda. Apparently: 'He's (Mata) fell out with Mourinho.' The bloke has never met him nor spoke to him. Mourinho himself said as much.
Today, the English journo's are saying Mourinho has 'blocked' Mata getting a new deal and a pay rise - lol. That makes no sense on any level.
Either way you can dismiss 95% of speculation about Chelsea: transfer or otherwise. We're one of the the most unpopular teams on the planet and fair game for any old tatty journalism.

No way does Mata leave, he can't have possibly fallen out with Mourinho already it's most likely just paper rubbish.
Besides, if he were to go to Barca (the team quoted in the rumours page) then there's not even any room to fit him into the team anyway, especially since Fabregas is 100% staying and they just bought Neymar. As ridiculous as it sounds, because he's one of the best in the Premier League, he wouldn't get into Barca's team.
The only reason for him to move is because he's never 1st choice for Spain. Fabregas got more Spain playing time since his Barca move so it does help but Fabregas doesn't play for Barca as much as he played for Arsenal so you have to make that sacrifice to be part of the national team i think.
But yeah i think that rumour had about as much truth in it as the one that said Barca wanted Torres! Just not gonna happen.
