So the guy goes and says that if Ronaldo was on Barca, he wouldn't score nearly as much as he does now. While if Messi was on Madrid, he'd score even more.

So I gotta ask. Knowing the tactics of each team. Do you believe Messi would score even more with Madrid? While Ronaldo drops off in production?

Even though they don't use a false 9 and don't control the game in the same way. While Barca' tactics literally open lanes for the winger to attack through, and dictate play that would allow Ronaldo to not even work half as hard.
They'd probably score the same but Ronaldo would still duck the big games.

First of all, you're wrong and very desperate for trying to state it as fact.

Second, in the "mid 90s", Arsenal were far from at their most successful ever. They were actually some of the darker times in the club.
Gillingham was 1999. My bad, I seem to have overestimated your age.

By history, I mean history. Man City have very little.
I think you may be working off a different definition of "history" to the rest of us. Your definition of the word seems to mean "Enjoyed success between 1996 and 2006 then sold all their best players and jacked up their ticket prices".

They're simply a small club who hit the jackpot because some Sheikh wanted a football club to toy around with. Simple facts.
City were never a small club though. You'd have to define that as well. If City are a small club then so are Newcastle United, Tottenham, Leeds, West Ham. Mind you I bet you think that they are small clubs too don't you, you silly fruit. Your definition of a small club seems to be "Did not enjoy some success between 1996 and 2006". Very similar to your idiotic definition of "history".

So you failed on so many levels. You seem very upset, like I said the truth must be hitting home a little too hard.
I think you're projecting. I'm not upset at all, while you get all pissy every time Mancini spends a penny!

85 million over a period of 5 years and I left quite a few out. Spaz.

Wow, if you take into account the price of players in today's market and inflation, Wenger has actually spent ****loads afterall. Who'd have thunk it!

        Get off the high horse.

Oh come on, next you'll be telling me that once they stop spending money on players their success dried up leaving their fans to resort to passive aggressive insults about history and size against currently more successful teams.

Newcastle are a small club who think they're a big club. Same as West Ham. Honestly Sp*rs are a much bigger club than City. These are just facts, I dont know why you're getting so upset over it. And no I dont mean between 1996 and 2006.

85 million over 5 years? Thats an average of what? 17m a year? Which is less than what you spent on Jo

And how much did he make from selling players? Arsenal's are ninth in the table in terms of net spending in the past decade. Behind Stoke and just above West Brom .

Stop distorting facts. Tell the full story you ***in mug!

Look at you backtracking. Your statement was 'When has Wenger ever spent 50m? Over the decade maybe?' 17 million a season was a ****ing lot in the 90's, probably the highest in the league bar Newcastle at that point.

You know full well I'm not talking about the past decade, I'm talking about from 97' to 01'. Don't spout irrelevancies.

Without Danny Fiszman's money you'd be nowhere son, nowhere. So again, get off the high horse.
