    The Premier League is "better" because it's more competitive, there's more entertainment cause the big teams never have it easy.

    The Bundesliga is on par with the Premier League cause both leagues have good teams from top to bottom.

    I'm talking leagues itself and not comparing with what clubs would or wouldn't be successful.

    If you wanna talk club wise, I think we all can agree la liga's top 2>>everyone else.

    People don't like la liga cause it's not competitive, that's all. So the premier and bundesliga are "better" leagues than la liga, entertainment wise.
