I feel that RVP is more versatile than Benzema. So, I'd rate RVP at his best above Benzema's.

The thing is, for him to go to Madrid, he'd have to go with the knowledge that he'd not always be a starter. So it's not that he would be 3rd choice, it's what's the best play for this game.

Sort of the thing that goes on with City atm. So many great players that some are given the bench at times. Even Nasri sees the bench. If Tevez wasn't such a ****, you'd probably not see much of Dzeko.

Erm no. Benzema on his best day has never played at the level RVP is right now. His goal scoring record is astonishing for winger converted to a striker.
