We had a player sent off when we were 2 - 0 down. With 11 men, it may have ended a draw or even a narrow loss.

Let's not go down the slippery slope of what if's. The score may have been 2-2 if we played them tomorrow but never once did we look threatening today. Our best chance was a Jonny Evans miskick ffs. (who I've been calling to be shipped to the reserves since last year especially with Jones on the bench)

The reality is that it was a deserved sending off and we got absolutely hammered at home. Sure it is not very significant for the rest of the season but this was one of the worst performances I've seen at OT.

If we keep making excuses we'll end up like Arsenal still feeling sorry for ourselves 5 years down the line. Chin up and let's move on like we always do!
