I heard they're in serious talks for Arturo Vidal, and I remember they wanted Bastos from Lyon, but I don't think that happened.

They were already there on loan so it wont make a big difference for them next season.

Not really sure about Pirlo. He can pass the ball but not much else. If he was that good surely AC Milan wouldn't have let him leave.

Football Manager related question...

On my current save i am Juventus and i'm going in to my 3rd season (won Serie A twice) what i would like to know is how the **** do i get rid of Buffon? Don't get me wrong a great goalkeeper but the c*nt is on nearly 200 grand a week. Juventus is in horrible debt and i can't afford to pay goalkeeper 200 grand a week so i want to get rid of him. I also have too many keepers on my books (Buffon, Storari, Butt and now that Ajax goalkeeper forgot his name). Offered to clubs for 1 mil and nobody was interested. He only has 1 year left should i try and offer mutual termination?

Yes and yes. I have been trying to get rid of him since i took over. Nobody seems to want him. Must be his big wages putting everybody off.

Bit of a tricky situation tbh. The board will probably start a riot if i get rid of Buffon. They are still p*ssed at me for letting Del Piero go, but he was 36 picking up 150 grand a week what am i supposed to do? Yet on the other hand they complain about the clubs finances. You just can't win!

Think i'm just going to have to let his contract run down.
