Scrap that Gold Cup and we have a more interesting tournament.

In terms of population, those other south American teams are fighting a losing battle. Mexico should be a legitimate threat. And the US eventually will be quite good, or at one point they will at least have quite a good team.

I'm backing Columbia myself. Those people take football very seriously. More seriously than the English. They deserve a better team.

Mexico has been in every Copa America since teh 90s, they've gotten runners up twice, and third place 3 times.

They're taking a D squad this time though.

Uruguay was lucky with a Forlan rocket and a really ass goal by Perrera. But overall, it was all Holland, they were just missing a lot of good opportunites which would of sealed the game making it like 5-2 but yea it was a **** 3-2 win.

I'll admit Brazil wasn't good they went against their traditional play to make it defensive and had most European players and left out the guys from Brazil who in the first place helped a lot during the qualifiers.

But even then, Brazil is no joke to anyone. Brazil is far from "easy" they put up a fantastic first half vs Holland, they made a circus act out of Holland, but the rest is history we all know what happened.
