Seems like its on the mend since....his injury last year couldnt have helped....

Anderson is a serious beast. I've always said one day he will come good, he'll be one of the best central mids in the world. He still has a way to go but he's been hampered by injuries everytime he gets a good run of form he's out for another 2 months.
Though it was funny how he scored 2 last night in a champions league semi final when he never scores at all!

But yeah, as for the Barca final, i think it's a long shot but if a few things go in our favour then we may be able to win this one. First of all it's at Wembley so that's not so bad hopefully the pitch will cut up like it normally does and ruin barca's lovely passing game
Secondly it's the champions league and as we know dodgey ref decisions are a huge influence on who wins a game sometimes so you never know who that will swing in favour of. But the main point i want to make is that if we can get our wingers involved then we stand such a good chance of winning this game. We can't play Barca's game we have to play to our strengths which is good old fashioned wing play and getting balls in the box. I've always believed that Barca have a good defense but not an amazing one i think it's very well protected by what goes on in the other half by Messi, Xavi, Iniesta etc. I don't think they would be able to deal with all the crosses that come in given the size of their defense, apart from Pique.

This is what I don't get.

Nobody presses Barca high up the pitch in case they get picked off, but Real did it to great success yesterday when they committed to it.

The alternative is to get hemmed in and be forced to play long balls. The only team that would be able to do that with any success against Barcelona is probably Chelsea with a raging Drogba.

I'd say stick an attacking player on Busquets because he isn't really that good. Play two up front who's primary function is to put Puyol and Pique under pressure, and then just see what happens.

I think Man U have a good chance at this.

The thing is, you've lost the battle in midfield. So why even take part in it. Nobody has targeted the back players. None of whom are really that good apart from Alves. Puyol is the most overrated player in the history of the game, and Pique is decent but his distribution is actually shaky (he dwells on it.)
