      Kompany is already pretty much the best in the League. If it wasn't for Vidic then i'd say he's the best in the league.

Got one of the best keepers in the league in Joe Hart with a Given as a backup goalkeeper who would walk into most starting 11's in the league. I really don't see how City need any more players, instead of buying new defenders why don't you just teach the ones you have now to defend properly. You got Toure, Boateng, Kompany, Bridge, Kolarov, Zabaleta, Boyata, Richards if you can't make a decent defense out of that talent then the problem is not the players it just means you need a new manager or coaching staff.
            City have the fewest goals against in the premier league. It's safe to say that we have a decent defense.
