We played alright tonight. Created so many chances on another day we would have been 3 or 4-0 up. Berbatov was so wasteful tonight i lost count of the clear cut chances he fluffed but we are used to that by now from him. Anderson and Rooney were brillliant and created a lot for us tonight i've always said Anderson will be the man who can replace Scholes when he retires and tonight he showed he can fill the void that Scholes leaves. Defence was a bit risky there were a few wayward balls from Fabio and Smalling but overall it's a good result, Valencia played some nice football at times and came to win so it was never going to be a walk over. Carrick was dissapointing as always, i thought he was getting back to form recently but tonight was definatley a step backwards for him, still making the same old mistakes.
The Spurs game looked like a lively one, also i saw Inter get thrashed so Benitez must be out of a job soon he's ruining them.Comment
