MLS is good for young players. Edu plays a couple years in the MLS then he goes to Rangers for $5M. Altidore plays a couple years in the MLS then he goes to Villareal for $10M. Guzan plays a couple years in the MLS then he goes to Aston Villa for $4M.

And those are just Americans. Just decent Americans. Imagine what some of the Brazilians could do, let alone some Latin Americans.

What's your point? That's a reflection on how good those 3 players are, not how good the league is. Who's to say they wouldn't have been worth even more had they moved to Europe at a younger age?
