Matter fact why isn't diego milito one of the candidates? Gyan doesn't deserve to be in there.
Fabregas whilst he played good for Arsenal it didn't get them anywhere and he didn't really get a look in for Spain at the WC so he shouldn't be in there over someone like Milito who was a big part of the reason why Inter got the treble.
Lampard did what Fabregas did for Arsenal for Chelsea but his contribution won them the league and he's not in there, he scored loads last season.
