Chicarito is not a better player then Rooney currently that just plain bull**** you are talking a kid who has played sub mostly for United and done ok so far vs a proven international who has starred in PL and CL triumphs. The guy scored all most 40 goals last season and but for late injury would have been PL top scorer and broke Ronaldos record (who scored A LOT from set plays)

Rooney is however one of those players who will be done by 29-30 imo due to his early start in the game and his physical all action style, i can agree on that.

Berbatov/Rooney does have the problem of both liking too drop off at times, Ferguson got him to push up more last season. But i believe Rooney is so off form he wants to get on the ball all the time currently and is dropping off far more then last season..

Obviously club football is more entertaining, for any person with a bit of common sense, you would put country before club no matter how bad they play...
In my case if i had to choose:
Manchester United to win Champions League
or
Ireland to win Euro 2012/World Cup

its quite clearly which is more important...

Eh we're not that bad...Ireland are one of the only teams that play with Passion and Pride...they mightnt be good to watch or they might get dominated for 90mins but theyll never give up... the World Cup 2010 qualifying was somewhat a success apart from one or two(touches....with the hand)..
Unbeaten in all group games and we lost won of the playoffs vs France at home with a soft deflected goal...
