He's a forward that has been comfortably out scored by such leading lights as Southamptons bottom of the league defensive midfielder James Ward Prowse and has 1 assist to his name.
Again for context...Mudryk has 2. Mudryk! Mudryk was diabolical.
Absolutely genuinely with Havertz the only reliable thing he offered Chelsea most games was being a good near post defensive header from set pieces.
I say this in all humility - I could do that.
He has decent technique and he might be fragile but I feel if his countryman Tuchel couldnt fire him up that little lego headed weirdo at Arsenal isnt doing it either.
Hes had 3 seasons. He hasnt been very good.
Equally Salah wasnt very good. Lukaku wasnt very good. Some times it isn't there. Equally if they had 3 whole seasons like Havertz who knows.
Another key point to consider....Germany arent very good.
De Bruyne was very good even in his few games. Mourinho shouted at him after a bad game and he didn't like it and Big Nose ****** his girlfriend. At that time he was young and probably quite weak willed.
You can that resillience and toughness through experience.
Chelsea signing really young players can't really work for that reason. At best we can finish 8th at worst 12th. That's even with the names being mentioned like Caciedo.
There is nobody on that pitch driving standards and which they need because Chelsea dont score. Unless Nkunku is Hazard mk2 I don't see what changes.
Poch can instill fitness and desire but what we need is a nasty streak and youngsters rarely deliver that.
Havertz is a player but we will see. Now that he's gone.
Nkunku is basically Werner. He's not a midfielder. He's a second striker and if Poch is as good as I think he is, he will see that as well.
Basically will be Daniel Sturridge 2.0 at best, nowhere near Hazard
especially with this roster now? Absolutely zero passers of the ball in it.
Then add a defensive line full of injury prone players? Literally every single one, injury prone. Converted chances will be few and far between.

Poch excited me in that interview.
If only because he's not an absolute melt like Potter.
Potter could not have spoken about Chelsea in less inspiring terms.
Still don't think we finish above 8th but Poch is the man going forward.

England won a thing! Watched a lot of that tourney.
James Trafford and Levi Colwill are the standouts of that team. Colwill reminds me of Rio. Arrogant style but in a good way. Mad how that was a pen at the end. Suspect imo.
I lowkey really appreciated James Garner as a player too. Rock solid professional playing out of position but was very sound tactically.
I look at players like him and am utterly perplexed by how horrible Cucurella was last season. You have novice midfielders who make better full backs.
I think he probably had some sort of mental breakdown.
I'd be stunned if he wasn't significantly better this season otherwise he simply wouldnt be a professional footballer.
