I like the Georgian kid at Napoli.

You rarely see a proper winger these days. Someone who wants to go on the outside. Like a young Ryan Giggs. Marc Overmars type.

    He's a throwback.

Now, if you were a Fulham supporter today, then I'd believe you'd take the little brother club in Liverpool.
I went to Chelsea first in 1993 when I was 7.

Obviously I got taken there but they were actually below QPR at the time.

      Spitty is actually an Evertonian.

Liverpool are just so f.ucking uncool man. I dont think my family would have chose them. That said we are Irish catholics so suppose there might have been a chance.

I'd have rebelled. I'd probably have supported Tranmere out of protest.

Barca on semi final on CDR. They can really make domestic treble this season. Xaviball working well.

Real Madrid over A Madrid at 1.91 in FT is a go.

Typical Atletico performance. Go ahead, get a red card, drop striker for defender, lose game.

Simeone has to be the Arsene Wenger of Atletico Madrid.

No change to tactics or style at all. Watching ice dry. Win-lose-draw, never sacked.

Highest paid manager in the world Simeone.

              They are turgid though.

You can see why Felix did the football equivalent of run around Craven Cottage with his Co.ck out. To the point he put a tackle in for the first time in his career and nearly maimed someone. He had 6 shots vs Fulham, lol. Chelsea had that 2 complete games vs City.

              Simeone is so restrictive.

Playing under a substitute teacher like Potter is probably what he indidivually needs. No pressure. He's a temp. Potter is also a temp. If it goes badly both are a quickly forgotten footnote.

A free hit to audition for Chelsea and the rest of the big clubs.

Barca and Real are dominant nowadays. They're in race at both La Liga and CDR. This is like 2014/15 season. Real had barely lost everything and Ancelotti had been kicked. I think Xavi will win everything domestic and Carlo's first fate will get repeated.

There is a big discrepancy between La Liga and the prem now.

Chelsea are nowhere but I'd think we could beat Real Madrid over 2 legs. They were pretty fortunate last season and they got d.icked the season before.

It is Barca and Real Madrid who have gone crying to UEFA about Chelsea and their long contracts. Only because both have pulled so many financial levers and taken out so many bank loans that they can't even do what Chelsea are doing. A bank isn't allowing Barcelona to use their sh.itter never mind borrow more money.

These lot alongside Atletico with Juventus have been trying to keep up with the Jones' for years.

And right now you look at them and question their actual quality.

These teams wanted the Super League because I am unconvinced that they can continue to compete on anything like even terms.

They are leveraged up to the as.shole.

Real Madrid ain't one of the top 5 teams in the world. Neither last year nor this year. Last season, the miracle factor was effective in many games. Also, Karim's clutch performances and Vinicius' skills were top notch.

I support the Super League concept. Any team from the Big Six is richer than the top team in the other 4 leagues. Average PL teams are at least Atlético level. The fact that some teams are in debt over time shouldn't cause football to remain in PL bondage forever.

We can't kill football just because for a team (like Villarreal last season) surprise us in the Champions League once in a decade. Not worth it.

Think it will be the big 6 that decide everything.

Tbf.. you'd probably want to destroy a team like Barcelona and sweeten the pot for yourself. Barca are a team hamstrung by the fact they cant go into private ownership. Not that it would be that appealling since currently all their presidents end up in prison. The skeletons that would be tumbling out of that closet would be wild.

Conversely Chelsea must have been fairly transparent. Hence the interest and quick vetting process.

These Spanish teams...do not give the tiniest s.hit. They have been cheating for decades. Just like Juventus.

Not that the big 6 arent dodgy City are cheating. Spurs have taken a huge loan from the bank of England - not dodgy in itself but certainly not something a British tax payer would support.

The number to look for I think is the amount of American owners. I can't remember if it is 12 or 14 that will enable them to change some legislation whether that be broadcasting rights or even the number of top flight teams.

There are are currently 8 American owned teams and any club up for sale will likely go to Americans due to the geopolitical landscape. Ain't no oil state Saudi's getting clubs from now on or Russians for obvious reasons.

Might be stereotype if Americans can guarantee their own massive incomes then they will. Why wouldn't they? The are business men not local millionnaires.

A millionnaire might be able to buy Wrexham.

There is a reason why Chelsea cost so much.

If they can eventually effect broadcasting deals. Then these clubs could end up turning over billions of pounds. From metaverse esque season tickets and the likes to voting in the Super League when it suits them.

Like you say would the Americans rather canabalise the Spanish giants first?

                      I think they would.

I'd say good riddance really. The arrogance of both over the last 30 years has been breath taking
