I dont know about better squads.

I'd only take 2-3 players from them to Chelsea. Digne, Richarlison; Jota, Moutinho, Jimenez?

Carlo and Santo are definitely better coaches though.

Great coaching does wonders. Look at Conte with Chelsea. Dont sleep on Spurs either. Jose is practically shot but I think they will sneak in at the end.
