Can't deny that. With Jorginho they play much better.
Though, Chelsea almost got had by Loïc ****ing Remy.
In saying that though, Chelsea would probably play better football and/or be a better side if we didn't play a style that specifically has a role that needs a player like Jorginho.
A 442 or 4-diamond-2 (as it is called now days), probably has Chelsea playing consistently well against fodder or top 6.

He’s a prem great in terms of numbers but I don’t really hold him in that high regards.
I don’t have to check whether he’s comfortably outscored Drogba but he’s not comparable.
A part of it is I think Aguero is a hermit. I don’t think I’ve heard him speak. Or really engage anyone. I imagine him basically being copped up in a McMansion in Cheshire for a decade. I find him depressing.
I remember Lucas Leiva staying in his mansion in Liverpool, never coming out and the excitement of his personal life was hosting visits and vice versa with fellow South Americans (most notably Luis Suarez). This revealed in a segment of a tv show with Luis Suarez first arriving there btw.
The man was there for 10 years. 2007-2017 and that's the highlight of his life in Liverpool. Sad really.

Italy, Portugal and Spain are a different story though. For obvious reasons.

To be fair though, Englishmen do the same exact thing. I think it's probably why many don't want to leave in the first place. Walcott and Wilshere would have been smash hits in Italy or Spain, despite being limited players.
I would be the opposite personally. I'd be out trying to integrate. Smash all the pretty birds in the city.Last edited by F l i c k e r; 12-11-2019, 11:52 PM.
