What I saw was Hazard's deal is a base of 88m pound guaranteed.

Then can rise to 130m pound with clauses met.

Apparently one of them has something to do with ballon d'or.

Marina gets too much hype on her 'deals' in my opinion. She doesnt seem very good of a negotiator.

Granted Hazard was on a 1 year left. But even Coutinho left Liverpool for 105m guaranteed and raised to 140m in add ons.

I'll go as far to say that Marina sucks at negotiations if Spurs get a better deal for Eriksen.

More guaranteed money + higher total or equal total.

She's overrated. Her transfers-in are just a matter of overpaying for players. So her deals are really based on player sales.
