Torres' first touch is still long gone, he's like an elephant trying to dribble.

Simeone has got him scoring goals again though, which is what matters.

What about Arsenal? I have never seen Wenger change styles or adjust for certain matches.. i half expect his teamtalks consist of just "go out and express yourself lads"

That was a good result for City anyway.. they are still well in the tie.. if it was arsenal they would have lost 3-0 then heroically won 2-0 or 3-1 in the 2nd leg.. City have a great chance now.. Guys like aguero are more then capable of destroying that madrid defence on his day.
Yeah Wenger is the gold standard bearer of that philosophy.

His record against us is indefensible. Even a broken clock is right twice a day. I could feature in a winning Chelsea side against Arsenal.

Maybe just once play a low block defence and hit us on the break, ffs.

What about Koke not passing to Griezmann.

Koke is a top player, but yeah, that was a blunder.

Griezmann was in a good 6 yards of space and would have been one-on-one. Both Atletico strikers missed great chances tonight, that they would normally score.

We sat back and countered that day and Chelsea responded by sitting back and countering. Needless to say, it was an awful game of football.

He still torched Alaba twice, really unlucky not to score.

the last time pep win an away game in champions league KO stage is in 2014 vs arsenal.

pep's bayern record for away CL KO stage is 1-4-5, that is pathetic.

i guess i overated them too much, now juve's loss to bayern feel more bitter since i realized they are not the top 2 best club in europe
