You are right there to a degree too.

Mourinho would have quite after the 2nd season without a trophy.

Wenger IS Arsenal. Nobody can decide when he goes but the man himself.

The man moved us into a state of the art stadium and geared us through a transitional period with regular top 4 finishes on a shoestring budget. Now said stadium is starting to bear fruit, I'm sure success is just around the corner. 2 FA Cups is definitely a step in the right direction.

People always say "content with top 4", but look at the money Liverpool and Tottenham have spent and they would kill for regular top 4 finishes.

If we start battling it out for bumopa league places with Tottenham, Liverpool, Stoke City and the likes, then I agree it will be time for Wenger to go.

After the new stadium was built, Wenger was given a target by the board of finishing in the top 4 an average of 3 out of 5 times for the next decade or so. Of course, he did it every year.

I am not happy with top 4 and FA Cup. There are definitely things wrong at the club and with Wenger's policies at times but he deserves more respect.

Unfortunately its 2015 and "fans" like John Locke now have a voice.

To conclude, Arsenal are a joke.

Getting rid of Wenger is probably the biggest blunder Arsenal could make. Does getting rid of a successful head coach/manager who keeps that team in the playoffs/Champions League ever really work out?

              Yes.

              At Chelsea.

Nearly every single time. Other than AVB and Scolari.

People think the grass is always greener, mate.

Our moronic fans think that a new manager will come in, spunk 100's of millions on players and all our problems will be solved. That's worked out real well for ManUre and Liverpool.

The day we spend 30 mil on shite like Benteke or Fellaini is the day I give up on football.

A few years ago our fans wanted George Burley as manager FFS.

In the short term a club pretty much always gets a new manager lift.

                  Short termism. But usually works.

The key is to have a coherent transfer policy.

                      Keep supporting mediocrity you losers.

We're one of the biggest clubs in the world, finishing top 4 and winning domestic cups isn't good enough. I appreciate everything Arsene has done for the club and during the 7-8 years in which we were limited financially, I gave him the benefit of the doubt, but now he's got no excuses, he's stubborn, everything he says is contradictory to whatever he said the day before and just simply deluded. Age is catching up to him.

I'm not suggesting non-stop spending is the answer, especially on these overrated English players who go for 30m each. The problem isn't just signing players, but also not making the most of the team we've got.

Last year Wenger went into the season with 2 senior CBs, 1 of which had a chronic achilles problem (Koscielny). How can you tell me that's acceptable? What's the excuse for that? Playing Monreal, Debuchy and the woeful Chambers at CB cost us too many points early on and we were out of the title race in no time. Did he learn from that? No, once again he's left us short this season, if something happens to Coquelin we're relying on poverty like Arteta and Flamini again. Why not sign an adequate DM who can compete with Coq?

Why not sign a striker who can actually play football rather than a sprinter with football boots on? Why play Ramsey wide? There's just so many problems with the guy and he's just too stubborn to learn and adapt.

New blood is needed. And your comments about Spurs/Liverpool are selective, they're doing poorly because the players they spent money on simply aren't good. There are plenty of examples I can give of teams changing their management and being successful.

Like I said I respect everything Wenger's done for us, but this is as far as he can take us, it's time for him to move on. I'm losing more respect for him by the day and it hurts listening to some of his logic and reasoning.
