I never implied that our players play for free but they put in far more effort than the City primadonnas who should be whitewashing the title each season with the amount of money they spend on their squad but they completely tanked another title defence.

Players like Bellerin, Gibbs, Coquelin, Ramsey, Wilshere, Walcott, Ox have all grown up at Arsenal. Even Sanchez who has just arrived gives it 100% every game.

Arsenal don't have a billion pound squad and had terrible luck with injuries.

Aguero didn't score for like 10 games or something at the business end of the season. His head is already in Madrid who he famously said he'd have jumped at the chance to play for instead of "Manchester" - didn't know which one he was signing for
