How good is this Chelsea team honestly?

Courtouis.. terry.. hazard.. fabregas... costa and matic are all top tier

But I am not sure about the squad/rest of the team is that good.. when Costa/fabregas basically blew there loads only a combination of Hazard and terrible competiton pushed them over the line.

I think if they dont invest they will do a city and not retain it..
