The manager of the team you claim to support uses stats when signing players.
Does he know nothing about football as well?
Wenger has a team of scouts who watch players and watch games.
All your posts are centred around stats. You sound like a Yank. That's an insult to Americans because I actually believe that Flicker knows more about the game than you.
He said Arsenal create more chances than Chelsea, I was merely proving him wrong.
And football is a stat based game nowadays. Most of the top managers use stats.
Stats are misleading.
I could shoot from 30yrds on target every time i get the ball, easy for the keeper to claim, my stats say I have 30 shots on target, the keeper must be having a blinder according to stats, but really, all that is going on is me conceding possession.
Another stat you kind of fans like is how much a player runs, like running somehow means you're good. I can run about all day but i'm still crap at playing football.
People who love stats tend to be the people that jumped on the football bandwagon late and have to make up for their lack of knowledge with a numbers game.

I watch football live, in the stadium. Something you've never done.
You can tell when someone wasn't into football from a young age. They try to overcompensate with ridiculous and unnecessary statistics. I have a friend who's the same.
Wasn't John Terry the best passer in the league one season ? Leon Britton had a better completion rate than Xavi or something.
Anyway let's get back on topic. You said Arsenal create more chances than Chelsea, I proved you wrong.
Admit that you're wrong and we will move on.
What I said was that Chelsea were a largely defensive side and that Hazard was their one consistent creative force.
What you said that Arsenal have struggled this season which was talking out of your ass. Sanchez is not Matt Le Tissier tearing it up for a bum 90's Southampton team. He is a brilliant player playing for a brilliant team.
That Chelsea have created so many chances is a good deal helped by the fact that Hazard has created more chances than any other player in the League (as attributed by Squwaka) which was actually the point I was trying to make.
I actually go and support my team, not sit on my armchair in my shlt hole house in Leeds talking shlt to strangers on an internet forum 18 hours a day.
Sanchez has gone off the boil in recent weeks. Hazard is good but I think Matic, Fabregas and Costa have arguably been more important to Chelsea this season.
I'd probably give it to Matic. He's the player I'd most want at Arsenal right now out of any other team in the league.
