Their league position flatters them tbh which is why I can see BB having doubts about United finishing in the top 4. They haven't played pretty football this season yet they're still in contention for a top 4 spot. It's kind of like Sabella's Argentina in the WC final, where he made Messi drop deep in order to pack the midfield and prevent the Germans from dominating the middle of the park. Obviously, Argentina eventually lost but that midfield compensated for a pretty poor/average defence.

Reckon Arsenal will finish in the top 4, Wenger knows that route well enough but the other spot...probably Liverpool as BB said.

Is there another league game between United and Arsenal to be played?

United have Liverpool.. chelsea.. arsenal and city all to play.. and we have 10 games left.. another reason why I think we are in real trouble

He's always AWOL when Giroud scores which is a good thing I guess because it's becoming a regular occurence.

Giroud might even get close to 30 goals having missed half the season at this rate.

He needs to do it in the big matches though. He did score against City but the Monaco game was shocking. I can understand why some get a bit frustrated but people like Adam who use him as a scapegoat for every bad result are pathetic.

Giroud is getting goals, but he misses sitter after sitter. A better striker up front for Arsenal would be getting 35-40 with the copious amounts of chances we create.
