I would agree with that. He needs developing and Chelsea have similarly talented players at Academy level.

You need to be a top, top player to play for Chelsea. You also need to be a winner.

It was a strange signing at the time and didn't address any need within the squad. If we were going to sign a wildcard I would have went with Yarmolenko from Kiev. That boy is s.hit.
