They were getting so many adverse events reported to them from the Pfizer shot they had to hire additional employee's, and they reported that information to the FDA in February 2021. They had to hire at least 2400 additional staff to be able to keep up with the volume of adverse events that they were receiving... and again, this was less than 10 weeks after they received the EUA authorization... so it was very early after it became available to the public.

These were details that the FDA and Pfizer claimed could not be released for 75 years, but a Texas judge over-ruled this excuse and forced Pfizer to expedite the release of these details.
