the page wasn't loading fast enogh for me to hear more than 5 seconds or so. it seems to start off a bit soft for my tastes.
some of the asian artists that could be big in the states i would say are peeps like tasha(t) best all around female i have ever heard), bi(rain) because chicks seem to dig him), and maybe groups like finkl. namie amuro, koda kumi, and ayumi *****aki from japan are just a couple of chicks that might do well. it really depends. i sort of hope that america doesn't pick up on the asian vibe because the US seems to destroy everything it touches in regards to various arts and art forms.
the best artists i hear are usually well known but not insanely popular like brit spears was/is. south korea and japan have got **** on lock. great music, great cultures. i'm going to have a friend see if she can dig up some traditional and modern popular chinese music for me. from the philipinnes, the chilitees are definitely worth listening to. their debut album - very, very good album. too bad, from what i hear, that they are too locked to spending money on chicks that look okay but aren't half as talented as a group like the chilitees.
