How legit is this product?

Looks interesting. My main concern, if I was a buyer, would be how they contract repairs. With specialty items like that you're either;
-SOL
-they require shipping
-or (hopefully) they have a contract with a local electronics repair who is competent enough to make repairs with a manufacturer schematic and support.

I wouldn't even consider it if there isn't either a local repair option or they have a long warranty and promise to cover all shipping expenses.
