What game system should I get?

I want to see what the majority of you guys are playing. I've always ****ed with play station but my son took that when he left. Havnt played nothing but the wii in awhile.

Anyways I wanna get a game system and do some online gaming what do you guys suggest? What do you play?

Xbox 1. Better games. Better online experience in general. I don't do onling gaming because my XBOX Live membership expired.

Better games? All multi-platform (which are the majority of what people play) are better on PS4 than X1.

Better online experience? 5 years ago not now. Party chat just randomly ****s up all the time on Xbox one.

No reason to get a PS3 or 360 because it won't last you long enough for the money unless your really tight on cash. And I don't mean they won't last physically but new games will stop coming out for them in the future.

I won't be some dbag system fan boy who plays one system and disrespects the other without having played it. But I have the PS4 and the only problen I had was with a disk drive, (I have a white destiny ps4 btw) but it was a real easy fix thanks to a youtube video. I just unplugged everything for 5 minutes and it worked like new again. I have no regrets except maybe the price haha but I love it man.

But don't listen to the fan boys seriously. It all comes down to what you will use it for or what your friends have. Xbox one is an entertainment system, the PS4 is a better gaming system with slightly better graphics.. But I have a galaxy s4, a laptop with a amazon kindle HDX on the way thanks to black friday so what the hell do I need all those crazy features for when I can do any of that on any of those devices i have anyway.

I'm thinking of buying either one, for gaming only. No online crap with friends etc, and which ever performs better when it comes to playing games (No freezing etc,).

Short answer: Can't really go wrong with either.

Get a one if you're like me and wanted to hook up your cable box to it. The difference graphically isn't as big as some people make it to be. If I want graphics I'll just play on a pc. This week's fights were boring as hell and I ended up playing some Fifa and snapped the TV app on the side to half watch while I was playing. It was useful that time.

That and I always trust Microsoft servers over Sonys.

At the moment, Xbox for the long run? PS4.

Started last gen with an xbox ended up selling it and keeping my ps3, sony just consistently release exclusives throughout the consoles lifetime. Microsoft tend to do it early and fade towards the end.

The Xbox does everything better than the PS4 and beats it in every single category.

The only difference is you get slightly better graphics and resolutions on the PS4 with 3rd party games, but it doesn't really matter because the Xbox still looks gorgeous.

The Xbox can do everything the PS4 can do, but there are a lot of things the Xbox can do that the PS4 can't.

I 100% would pick the Xbox over the PS4. If I could only play one console, then I would throw away the PS4 without hesitation.

I'm not gonna sit here and say the XB1 blows because again I haven't played but minus all the drama before it's release I've heard nothing but good things. Again if you want it to be your all around entertainment system then it's worth it it seems. But if you have other means for media and just want to play games then the ps4 is sick as well too. It's all about your preference and really what your friends have because honestly if your friends have one you'll be playing with mostly strangers on the other.

But you really can't go wrong either way. Xbox will win this holiday season simply by re-releasing Halo while the only big new PS4 game coming out is that ****** kids game. Forget the name and won't bother to look it up. But with COD, GTA, Madden, 2K, Destiny and Last of Us what more could you want especially when your starting out anyway so it's not a huge loss. I'm more pumped for the Destiny expansion pack anyway. And that one horror game coming out with the teens in the cabin looks cool too. Plus tomb raider is coming soon too!
