Your reaction if Nintendo went third party?

Speaking of Nintendo, I finally got around to Re-Purchasing Super Mario Galaxy 2 ( Gave my original to my Nephew ) and I have to say I wholly Disagree with the 'Better than the First' tag every gaming Critic gave it. The first is the Superior game IMO.

I just want to play Zelda maybe Metroid don't give a **** about Mario kart or SSBM or Pikmin or Pokemon.

I cant justify paying $300+ on a console that I will play 2-3 games on in its lifetime

I don't know why people say Nintendo should go third party. They could just, hear me out, do better on their next console. They could make a console that's on part with the PS5 and the Nextbox, and have good third party support. THAT would make more sense than to give up after one console flop.
