I have completed both on PS4, having just finished COD:G.
COD is more action packed, even if the story is a bit silly at the end. You get to control a tank, helicopters, fight in space, underwater and so on. It's not that hard - you can act like Rambo.
B4 is much tougher, maybe more realistic in that you cant just shoot 1000 bullets and cut the enemy down. It takes thinking and is annoyingly hard at times. You can control a tank in a few bits - but that's about it. Story line makes sense.
This refers to campaign mode for each.
