'Vice City' not only had the best soundtrack ever assembled in a video game, but it had the best radio hosts, as well. The hallmark of any great soundtrack (in whichever medium) is that it's an integral part of creating the atmosphere of the final product, and no other GTA soundtrack did that as well as 'Vice City's did.

The talk radio is the one part of GTA that isn't as good as it used to be IMO. Chatterbox was great in GTA3, VCPR and K-CHAT were brilliant in Vice City, and it's gone down since.
