This DDR3 vs DDR5 RAM discussion is hilarious. The only difference between the two is that DDR3 runs at a slightly higher voltage, it actually processes at a faster speed but DDR5 has a higher I/O speed so it edges it out performance wise.
I'm a platform fan myself, arguing against PC hardware is impossible though. Our next gen consoles are running on already outdated hardware, but that's okay because we can sit back in our recliners and play badass titles comfortably on our plasma televisions. I'm okay with this. So I'll let PC gamers have a $2000 rig and play APB: Reloaded at 80FPS, because I'll have just as much fun playing ESO and Destiny on my $500 machine.
