premium users and Im not sure but i think its for PC only.

BF4 on current gen will have same # of players like BF3 not counting 2 commanders.
Next Gen will have 64 players plus 2 commanders and both Consoles will run 60fps at 720p scaled to 1080p.
Current Gen I believe was at 580p scaled to 720p.

I'm still searching but i believe if you have BF3 Premium not Premium Edition on consoles you can play BF4 Beta on PC.

Scratch the last part If you Pre-Orderd BF4 Digital Deluxe Edition or Your a BF3 Premium Member or A registered owner of MOH Warfighter Limited Edition/Digital Deluxe Edition you get access to the Beta on the platform that your games are tied to.
