    Personally, I loved my Dreamcast.

I bought one on launch day (9/9/99) and I was very satisfied with the library of games it ended up offering. There were tons of unique experiences to be had on that console, many of which revolutionized gaming and were way ahead of their time.

'Shenmue', 'Crazy Taxi', 'Jet Grind Radio', 'Skies of Arcadia', the 'Power Stone' series, 'Resident Evil : Code Veronica', 'Grandia 2', 'Phantasy Star Online', 'Soul Calibur'.

There was plenty of diversity and uniqueness amongst the Dreamcast's library. Their real problem was that SEGA opted to stick with the outdated CD format which opened the floodgates on the pirating of Dreamcast games : Anybody with a CD burner and a computer could download, burn, and play free games without penalty.

They should team up with Sony like teh good ole days, and clean house, call it teh Nintendo Playstation. It'd sell like PS2cakes.

The Wii was the biggest selling console (99 million) and the DS (153 million) and 3DS (30 million) the biggest selling handhelds.

Wii U sales are weak because of the price. The Wii and Wii U were/are marketed for the casual and child gamers, the problem with that is casual gamers aren't going to spend a lump of cash on a console like the bigger gaming fans would.

Which doesn't mean a lot. Consoles are optimized for gaming and always get much better performance than a PC with the equivalent parts. PC games are poorly optimized and performance varies due to not being a standardised format, they can't get the best out of components because there's so many differences between different products and models.

As long as little Japanese kids run wild, they will always find ways to earn money.

                Agree.

Why would I drop 2000 quid on a gaming pc when I can go grab a ps4 or whatever for 300 take it home, put the disc in and play.

My ****ty laptop gets enough viruses and crap as it is

Nintendo is still losing money on every Wii U sold.

And that little bit of information was published on August 8th - Prior to the recent Wii U price drop of $50. Price drops for consoles are almost always indicative of poor sales overall and the recent Wii U price drop reflects the fact that Nintendo are desperate for a cash influx right now.

If it works and people buy up the newly discounted Wii U then it'll be an intelligent move on their part. But if people still don't give a **** about the Wii U then Nintendo's financial problems will only be exacerbated.

Hopefully More people will come to realise that Shigeru Miyamoto is the literal God of the Universe in which we reside, and as an added bonus when he see this he won't be Ambiguous about the fact, unlike that **** Tom Bombadil From Arda.

                    Nintendo 4 Life, YO!
