    Fear 3 (PS3 or whatever system)

    There have only been a few games that I have followed, and have grown with the series (even though I consider myself a hardcore gamer)...

    Those games are Mario, punch out, contra, ninja turtles (from the NES days of gaming)...Tekken, syphon filter, metal gear, game day, knockout kings, resident evil, zone of enders, silent hill (PS3 versions also), and madden (from the ps1 days...Also madden from the 16 bit days).

    When it comes to the PS2...Devil may cry, god of war, fight night, Socom (1-4), metal gear, ICO/shadow of the colossus, sly cooper, and red faction (1 and 2)...Though I had about 70 games for the PS2.

    When it comes to the current generation (PS3), I have every single PS3 exclusive. Plus Madden and Fight Night. I have also suffered through the Socom games for the PS3. Meatal gear is a no brainer. That brings me to FEAR. The first FEAR for the PS3 was ported over from the PC, and it was a great game!!! Part 2 was even better, by far!!!!!

    FEAR 3 just came out Tuesday (21st), and I must say, if you have not tried the FEAR games, you are missing out!! They are some of the best put together games out there! They may not shine in terms of graphics, but in terms of gameplay and atmosphere, not many can compare.

    I reserved my copy of FEAR 3, and received a copy of FEAR 2 (brand new. Best preorder deal yet imho)....

    If you have not tried any of the FEAR games, please do! You will not regret it.

    FEAR 3 will not leave my Blu-Ray deck for a long time....

    Played F.E.A.R. on the PC and loved it. I downloaded the F.E.A.R. 2 demo for the PS3 and I didn't like it much.

      FEAR 1 = AWesomesouce! Loved the creepiness of the game.

      FEAR 2 and 3 = More like a generic shooter.

      IMO they should bring back some of the creepiness and feeling of paranoia and ''low key'' paranormal activities again.

          I have never got the "generic shooter" feeling playing any of the games. That's just me though. Also, in what way do you feel 2 lacked creepiness? It had plenty.

          Anyway, to those that have not tried the games, give them a go.

            F.E.A.R. on the PC was a beautiful game

            the best graphics at the time IMO

            but watching 2 and 3 in video......they just look terrible, i dont understand how it went downhill in terms of graphics

            i know thats not everything....just saying

              yea first fear game was awesome its one of my favs. it actually had good scare moments. Fear 2 was not even close. they tried too hard to make surprise scares and made them cheesy. ended up trading it in for another game a couple weeks later. i am thinking about getting 3. it looks good but i dont wanna be disappointed like i was with 2.
