I feel you, haven't played in a couple days myself.

There will be another tuner soon, so I'm confident I'll get me fix again.

I'm the same, i play 1 match every other night. Its been getting hard to find games at times though, alot of online users have left, i'm afraid by the time a new tuner gets here it'll be too late. Online may die out faster than FNR4 did. I remember FNR3 online lasting forever, there were always fights online. FNR4 got really hard to find fights quickly, i think FNC will be even faster.

Wow, I was so excited that they had "tuner" ability, i didn't even think they'd use it for evil.

Its time to go back and finish all the games i started before Madden 11 came out.

I did learn how to fight as a brawler with the tuner though, but its totally lame, you have to walk forward and cut off the ring, (all while blocking, can't throw a jab, you'll need to conserve the stamina) and throw modified hooks and uppercuts, hope for a stun with a stamina boost, and then knock a dude down.

It works fairly well, but its boring....

yeah, this patch/tuner could go down as one of the worst in gaming history. I don't recall a game that had a patch that completely destroyed the game online to this extent.

Bunch of morons at EA Canada. Need to bring the game back to EA Chicago, where it was before.

The sad thing is if they don't fix this soon, that's it. Game over until 2013.

On the EA forum theres word of a second patch that will make the game closer to its original release with a few tweaks.

I think its too late though, EA will now lose all the people that like the current tuner, and they've already had a bunch of people move on or return the game.

They should have waited to tune, or tuned in small steps, rather than doing something drastic and leaving it for so long.

I'd rather have them tune something and think "well its a step in the right direction but they need to push it a little more"
than to say " I know i said 1pkos happen too often, but that doesn't mean remove them from the game completely"

I'm bummed that this probably is going to be a dud online now, it only took about a months time, probably 2 months before its the same 30 people fighting each other over and over.
Damn, FN3 had action online up to the FNR4 release. FNR4 went dead in about 6 months, but it had some issues., FNC who knows...

They need to stop listening to the people on their forum though. When i look at the posts in the fight night champion discussion area, i can't honestly believe that the views there represent the majority of the people that purchased or would purchase the game.

OMGLMAO!!!! hahahaha back to the ROOTS!

I agree this tuner is the worst! I think honestly they should have left it the way it was, the **** non gamers who want it to be "real" should STFU!

still doesn't fix the fact i no longer plat it... wow man... it's crazy how good it was...to this....wtf???

and it's not even about being more real, it's much less real now that everyone body spams the jab. I mean who the fcuk does that in real life? Nobody. There are some good body jabbers out there, mayweather come to mind, but what he does is he'll do a quick jab to the body and IMMEDIATELY step back and get out of dodge, why? cuz he would leave himself wide open to get nailed in the face if he stuck around. That's the only way body jabs should be used. If you stick around and try to throw 2-3 more body jabs in a row, you should be getting knocked down or out as a result. This is some fake **** that would never happen in real life.

Can someone please tell me what main differences the tuner makes as i don't play it often enough to notice.

I noticed one thing when i started playing heavyweight owc (played middleweight previously) is that none of the fights go past 3 rounds. It seems whoever lands the first big punch wins. Blocking when dazed is almost impossible. Holding when dazed is too difficult as you just lunge forward and leave yourself open to punches.

Is this new tuner the reason I got knocked out and knocked down twice with 5 or 6 jabs to the face? WTF, I don't play online as much anymore after starting 0-6, then i got used to it, won 4 or five in a row, then downloaded this new update, and got KTFO with Jabs from that Frost basTARD

yes. Prior to the tuner if some idiot threw 50 jabs in a row you could easily counter it. It's a lot harder now, especially if you're dazed.
