A new teaser for a game to be revealed at next month's VGAs heavily points towards an all-new Resident Evil.
A single frame that flashes up in a new teaser trailer for spike's Video Games Awards bears the slogan 'Stay Alert, Stay Alive, Report Symptoms' alongside the Biohazard symbol – which is, of course, synonymous with the Resident Evil series.
It was previously believed that the game, which was previously teased with some generic zombie imagery, could be a new Left 4 Dead – but now it's looking more likely that it could be a new instalment in Capcom's long-running series.
Could it be Resident Evil 6? Or could it be a multiplayer-based standalone game created by SOCOM developer Slant Six? Who knows?
Just so everyone knows, RE6 will NOT feature the behind the shoulder view that RE4/RE5 had, but will be more of a reboot and return to it's original style of gameplay, except next gen...
