Need help, trying to overclock my Amd Athlon II 250

But I don't know what I'm suppose to be overclocking. I go to the bios page by holding the delete button down. But when I'm in there I'm clue-less on what I'm suppose to be doing. The bios page looks goofy looking and isn't really informative. I need to tweak my 3.01 ghz up a little bit more for performance.

If you need anymore screenshots, just tell me of what and I'll do it. Because to me this looks way to odd to understand any of it. I don't know what I should be messing with.

Its a little complicated bro. Kind of like saying, "I want my car to go faster". There are a few ways to do it. The easiest ways would be the Front Side Bus or the CPU multiplier. Be careful hear and work in increments since this can lead to instability problems.

For the most part I would probably recommend that you not try overclocking for the first time on your main PC or not at all if your not a techy kind of guy. That or join some serious Tech forums and read up a bit on this before attempting. Remember you can actually damage your PC here so, amplio caveo.
