I personally have it on 3. Technically there is no 'best' sensitivity. Just set it at what gets you the most kills.

The higher the sensitivity the more faster the aiming is.

I have it on high, insane was just too fast for me i would aim left and spin around 5 times.

I would say the higher the sensitivity you can handle the better. MW2 is a quick twitch game and it really helps to be able to spin and snap shot someone quicker than they can you.

Or to turn around quickly and shoot someone who is attacking you from behind.

I play on a custom setting of high +2. I started the game like this (with experience in other CoD games) and it is already natural to me.

This is true. I had it on 4 for a day or two and I ****** at shooting people at a distance sometimes. I would tap the right on the right analog stick to try and aim at someone in the distance and the aim would go right past the person and they usually killed me
