Not the final Boss, but i loved fighting Metal Gear Ray in MGS4.........almost came the first time i got there.....and of course the liquid fight, just because of the music and what it meant....

as in hard as ****??Rugal in KOF.......GODDAMN it felt good to beat that cheap bastard

in MK deadly alliance i used to like fighting moloch, in armageddon blaze is rediculously hard, and in tekken 5 i founf the boss in that hard
