The jab, not cuz I want to but because on career mode my guys has absolutely no freaking power because I just now figured out how the heavy bag push works lol. So I have speed, etc. in the 80's and my right hand is 55 and my left hand 51. **** I'm so gonna go restart.
But online with guys that don't suck I like being at a distance then quickly coming in with a left hand uppercut to the body follow up with a right to the face. works well. Or simply the bob & weave followed by a right hook to the dome

I finally decided to practice the training before I enter legacy mode, so I mastered all of them last night except the combo one.
So the trick to the heavy bag is to punch slow. The red bar is either up for head punches or low for body. Every time you hit the red it moves the bag a little bit and at the same time you want to be moving your fighter forward towards the bag. When you MISS the red zone the bag goes backwards and just missing a handful of times will **** you up and you'll get Bum status. So the key is to punch slow.
For example lets say the red bar is at the bottom. Throw a body hook. Wait until your punch lands THEN throw another body punch. Keep going slow like this one at a time to ensure that your not throwing a punch when the red bar suddenly changes. This way you'll never have errors (or only have a few).
The other one that is really easy now is the one where you dodge the bag with your head.
At first I thought you were supposed to doge your head just once every time the bag moves by, then I realized you can RAPIDLY move your head
back & forth multiple times while the ball is passing. That's the "trick"
good **** natas, these training programs have me screwed, im entering the top10 in the LHW division, and im only a 73 overall... i will be soon screwed
