Who has seen the new Point Look Dlc for Fallout 3?

It looks awesome, its around a fifth the size of fallout 3's map, and its got areas like swamps, a fairground, a ferry port, an old mansion, cabins and a lighthouse, I cant wait for this, and the ufo one

Yeah this is gonna be great..! Seriously can't wait! Also Mothership Zeta is gonna be good! one of the best games ever, no doubt. Walking around in the swamp shooting mutated rednecks with my combat ******* .. Can't wait!

I should of bought the Fallout 3 DLC instead of the Saints Row 2 stuff. You only get 6 extra missions.
