But UFC will be the better seller because UFC is just extemely popular nowdays.

Honestly I think Fight Night 4.

UFC got a 7.5 rating at IGN, for the same reasons why I didn't care for the demo that much - it's very mechanical and doesn't "flow" very realistically, and flash KO's occur waaaaaaay to often even for UFC. Plus, the game physics are not that great - glancing shots or shots that completely miss the target can score knock downs/KO's.

The game physics of FN4 are simply unmatched as of now. Being a boxing fan, of course I'm biased, but strictly looking at this from gameplay/physics/controls, I gotta say FN4. But of course we have to wait for the final version to be released to make an accurate comparison.

I downloaded both demos on the same day, and at first I was blown away by the UFC demo, and I thought the one punch sickening KOs were amazing, but then I kept scoring them or receiving them in almost every match, and they got boring very quick. matter of fact, after a while games seem to be scored on luck moreso than anything else seeing as one of those kicks or punches can turn your lights out right away.

UFC seems to be selling, i went to best buy and gamestop and they were sold out, got it from target.
