just see which is it, then turn on ps3, go to settings, network settings, then configure wireless network....it will search wireless networks in range, you see which is yours and then select it, it asks for your wep key and you type it....and done.....

If you have a router you good. If you have WEP then on the PS3 it will ask you for it. Its easy son. Go to Network settings and everthing is there. Its easy. 1-2-3.

I dont use a web key but look up your router model online and look for instructions on how to log onto it.You can change admin settings like get a new wep key, or disable wep.
It will be something like typing in in your browser and then it will ask for a password, look up your factory default password for your router. It might just be something like "admin"
Just to be clear, when you try to hook up your ps3, it cant connect without the wep key if you just put "none" under encryption or whatever? Cause in my experience wep is usually something that has to be enabled.Last edited by Mech.; 09-07-2008, 07:26 PM.
