    Anyone getting Beijing 2008 PS3

    I always like the old track and field games and will be getting this so I can whoop everyone online.

    I remember playing one of those games on the ps1 constant button bashing. ****ing no joy whatsoever and can't sustain a long session.

    Unless this one's somehow different, what do you do? Shake the controller?

      Button bashing for the quick events like 100m and 200m, but for the longer distances and all the other events it's about timing, each has a different control method.

      Check out the different events on youtube, and the game comes out today.

        HAHAH I remember that. It was ****in' solid. Had blisters on my hands Iwas pressing them that quick.

          Never again, should have got one of those turbo controllers that do the button at a million times a second.


          I had a butch but ceebs to get it Hurricane, aint got no money and still got a backlogue of games such as everybodys golf, and metal gear online.

                Dude seriously I remember playing those games and having smoke come out of my fingers. That and one of the fight nights also made you quickly press a button (forgot which) in order to get up from Knock downs.

                I developed really really quick fingers so now when I play COD4 I handgun guys and use G3 ridiculously fast and they always say I'm using a modded controller, haha.
