Yeah but its nice with a high def tv, the other day at work we were shown the latest sony high def tv, its not out over in the UK for another 6 weeks and is the best tv out there, it has something called '24p' which means the lines on the screen, which make up the picture refesh faster.

In english: The picutre resolution is the clearest you may ever see. i thought it was much better than the cinema.

We watched a bit of James Bond on Blu Ray, and i tell you, the whole thing was in real time, you would never think the film was recorded, more like you actually were there.

      Unreal.

Yes you can, but you won't get the best out of the XBOX 360 games.

Save up and get a plasma HDTV son. That's what im doing.

There's flaws with all types of HDTV's

Plasma's have burn in, LCD's have the screen door effect, and DLP has a rainbow color problem.....

Even HD Tube TV's I don't think can do progressive scans,

regardless all they're nice in there own respect...

For Gaming, LCD's tend to be the best with quality vs Money

I tried to hook my 360 up through a dvd recorder that doesnt support HD, and it came out lookin blurry as **** on my LCD. So yeah, the difference is huge.
