there's a saying I heard on this thread...
I forget the exact quote but its basically
"Abs are made in the kitchen not in the gym"
I'm not sure if thats the exact quote but the point is you can do 100000 situps and crunches but until you change your diet your abs will never be lean...

more cardio...tahts it...everyone has abs...just need low BF to see em...thats why anorexics have abs too
